Membership

PO.P+ is a free-of-charge membership scheme where, as a member, you collect points and get access to discounts, personalised offers and other exclusive perks based on your current membership level. If you choose to become a member, we will process your personal data in order to be able to offer you the full range of membership rewards. You can read more about how we process your personal data in our Privacy Policy, which you will find on our website. Please read through these Terms & Conditions for Membership and our Privacy Policy before you become a member, to ensure that you fully understand the nature of the membership you are choosing and what it involves.

When you choose to become a member of our loyalty club, you will receive direct marketing and information with special offers, perks, discounts, and information in newsletters and possibly text messages, provided that you have not chosen to opt out of this. As a member, you can receive personalised offers, e.g. relevant product recommendations or similar, based on your purchase history, via newsletters and in digital channels. The purpose of this is to create added value for you as a member, so that you receive special offers and information about products and services that are likely to interest you. This helps to make our message and our communication to you more relevant.

The membership is valid at polarnopyret.com/en/uk. Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred to any third party. To become a member, you need to be a private individual and aged 16 years or over. When you become a member, you register your email address and create login details. If you shop at polarnopyret.com/en/uk, your member’s purchase will be registered by being logged in.

 

Login details for My Pages

When you become a member, login details are created for My Pages. The purpose is to allow you as a member to quickly and easily administer your membership, e.g. change details, view current points balance, bonus vouchers, member level, and to have the opportunity to opt out of direct marketing and cancel your membership. You will also be able to view and track your current and previous purchases from us. By being logged in when you make an online purchase, you also ensure that your points are registered and thus that you receive the correct member’s perks. Your user name is the email address that you specify when you register as a member. You create your own password as a member.

 

Polarn O. Pyret’s Membership Levels

Polarn O. Pyret has two membership levels: PO.P+ and PO.P+ VIP. Your membership level is based on your total purchase amount during the last 12 months. The higher the level you belong to, the greater the number of perks you get access to. When a member is upgraded to PO.P+VIP, they retain this level for 12 months and it can be renewed if the purchase amount for the VIP level is maintained for longer than 12 months. If you return a purchase, the level-qualifying amount will be reduced by an amount corresponding to the return and you may be downgraded if this purchase was the reason you qualified for an upgrade. Upgrading and downgrading occur continuously throughout the year. This applies provided that you are logged in so that your purchase is registered as a member’s purchase.

 

How our bonus works

As a member, your purchases from Polarn O. Pyret earn you points, with a 4% bonus (1 Pound = 1 point). This applies provided that you are logged in so that your purchase is registered as a member’s purchase. Purchase of a gift card or purchases paid for by a bonus voucher will not earn you any points. Your bonus payment is issued at least three times a year and is loaded digitally on to your membership and can then be utilised when you make an online purchase. As a member, you receive information about your bonus payment via email. In order to get a bonus payment, you will need to have earned at least 100 points. The bonus points that you have collected in the last 24 months qualify you for bonus vouchers. It is not possible to exchange all or part of a bonus payment for cash. You will find your current points balance and period of validity for your current bonus payment by logging into My Pages.

 

Validity and termination of the membership

Your Polarn O. Pyret membership is valid indefinitely and you can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Customer Service. If you have not registered a member’s purchase during a period of 24 months and do not have any active second hand vouchers, your membership will be cancelled automatically, your personal data will be deleted and any outstanding points will be erased. Polarn O. Pyret is entitled to terminate the membership in the event of suspicions that the membership is being misused.

 

Changes to the Terms & Conditions

Polarn O. Pyret is entitled to change the Terms & Conditions for Membership and to transfer the membership agreement to some other membership issuer. We will inform you about changes [on our website and via email]. The latest version of our Terms & Conditions for Membership is always available on our website. If you do not like the changes, you can leave the customer club at any time.
